Let’s take luxurious to the next level, shall we? It’s been a long week {can I get an amen?} and you deserve a relaxing recipe…just for you! This simple “shake and soak” recipe is easy, all natural, and so lovely! I’m so excited to share it with you!
{This bubble bath recipe only needs a few ingredients}:
• 1 cup of Liquid Castile Soap {I used their Rose scented one!}
• 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Glycerin
• 1 1/2 cups of Distilled or Purified Water
• 20 drops of Essential Oils {I used Lavender!}
>> I personally would avoid using any Citrus or “hot”oils in this recipe to avoid any irritation! <<
Add your ingredients to your container. Close the top securely, then give it a good shake! When you’re ready to use it, pour all of the bubble bath in the bottle under warm, running water {to help make bubbles!}. Because this is an all natural recipe, it won’t be quite as sudsy as traditional bubble baths. However, light a homemade beeswax candle, pour yourself a glass of wine, and put a Pandora station on {I love the “Yoga Radio” station for bubble baths}…and I promise you won’t miss all of the bubbles! Self care at it’s best!

If I eliminate the water (or dramatically reduce it) do you think I could make several baths from one batch?
Hi Tami! It’s definitely worth a try! Keep in mind that Castile soap will help produce bubbles, but it won’t be to the same effect as the conventional bubble baths and may not last as long.
